Rosemary Bites which was not too far from my workplace. A night with no dinner, I dated my buddy for dinner after work. After we were seated by the friendly staff, we were recommended by their day’s special. The combo platter (if I could recall correctly) was very tempting, we were looking for something not too ‘red meat’ . . . the Salmon selection caught our eyes.

I am suppose to meet up with my friend to talk about out planned trip this coming August, and she is working in Phileo 1. The shop Skippys Pizza came to mind after reading my other friend’s blog (MF and YH) about the food there not too long ago.

According to their website, Skippys Pizza is a Real Pork pizza company, which makes them obviously a NON HALAL Business. They do specialize in Pork and Vegetarian Pizzas. We made our orders and waited not too long for our food to be served.

Chinese New Year just came to an end. We headed to Kota Kemuning for dinner before we adjourn to our destination - FGS Dong Zhen Temple. I was rather surprise that the town is so much developed now. We made a rounding around before we stop at the Ocean Point restaurant which seems to have more diners compare to others – we do believe that when we do not know which restaurant to patron when we are in a new place, best to go with the crowd.

Dad eagerly told us that we are going to taste some shark meat over the long weekend. Don’t get me wrong, I am not avid fan of shark fin myself. But in this matter of shark eating, why waste the fish when it is dead? We drove all the way to Kapar, a small town in Klang.

O’Briens Irish Sandwich Café had a 50% promotion on their Signature Classic Tripledecker Sandwich at Groupon Malaysia for RM7.60 instead of RM15.30 not too long ago.

Only armed with my trusty mobile phone. Walking into the restaurant made me wonder should I get a small point and shoot to be carried around in my bag. It was unplanned that we stop by at a nice cafe like such to have a break from shopping before going home. L.Table shares the location with the bakery Lavender. Selling delicious bread and cakes, the back portion of the shop is the classy L.Table.

A western dinner set with mushroom soup at RM12.00 instead of normal price of RM25.80 where we bought from one of the coupons website which I had forgotten which. From the coupon, we were given a choice of; Chicken / Beef Staganoff , Mushroom Chicken or Fish & Chips set. And of course our soup. The soup is served with garlic breadIt had been an agreement with Hung that we would share our food so that we can have more choices.

Previously during our boss’s birthday when we had our dinner celebration at Sushi Zanmai, when the bill was supposedly to be divided by the number of us; but instead it was paid by our superior both JC and CH. We, the October Babies decided to give a dinner treat instead since it is always better to give than to take moreover during our birthday. OK, I am not going to be lengthy of the whole process.

 We arrived promptly after work. Light hassle of getting there from our office of the heavy traffic. We made our orders and camera clicking when the food arrived.

Wellness Recipe with their concept of 'Back To Nature' started with organic goods before venturing into food and beverage. Their restaurant is located in the new building, Boulevard facing the Sprint Highway. Just before the petrol station on the way to the Tropicana.

In a modern green and white interior setting it creates a clean and cozy environment. After we were briefed of the company we were served with their healthy meal.

The "Small Potatoes" of the company decided to throw our colleague and boss a birthday bash in courtesy for being in colleagues and especially to our boss for being a 'nice' boss at his favourite restaurant - Sushi Zanmai.

For the number of us who attended the dinner, we took three tables. And each table had their own order of food. I was seated just with the rest of the company's photographer. Too bad for my other colleague who is not a photographer. He had to wait for us done photographing before he can indulge in his dinner . . . :D

Potato Mayo : RM4.80 - Potato mayonnaise salad.

It was midweek when me and my buddies meet up for dinner. The nearest we could think of is 1Utama. We were looking for something not too expensive and where we can catch up with one another. Buddy suggested C.I Xpress which is not too expensive and with a large seating area. C.I Xpress based on the fast food concept serves chinese and western food. Initially I wanted to share with one main with my buddy. We ended up with one each instead.

Pork Chop Rice - RM12.80

Kalamazoo Café, located at Aman Suria. Just a few blocks away from my office, and with the deal of hahah came just right when we are looking for somewhere for food. My lovely colleague treated me and my partner-in-crime for dinner from the hahah deal which he bought - At a 51% discount, the dinner which cost RM52.80 are RM25.90

After a hard week, we needed something to crave on our sweet tooth. Pamela and hubby, YH and another good friend of ours MY, we are decided to go to Häagen-Dazs to try their on promotion and recomended smoothies from their smoothie creations section - Endless Summer

A little store in purple and the whiff of durians when you walk past. You wouldn't miss the dessert counter at the mall. Founded by Ch'ng Lee Lee, whom was a air-stewardess before venturing into the business. She used to prepare for her friends and family before starting it off as a business.


We started off our line of desserts with their best sellers, the durian pancake.

Caffeine morning fixes are required when you have a long day ahead and sleep is deprived. With free wi-fi and a cozy and comfortable setting at the cafe, its a good place gather with your friends.

Sharing its premise with HTC on top of Movida Bar & Lounger, a little hideaway I would say. Pride itself in using the premium coffee beans - Graffeo coffee beans, all the way from the US. It is definitely a good place for the caffeine-lovers to get their caffeine fix with a nice touch of art.

Was invited by my dear friend Caren to go up to her house for dinner cum gathering over the weekend.

On our way to Klang, I was practically forced by my fellow passengers Yeh Hung and Angelia, to drop by at Snogurt before getting the  ice-cream for dessert in Klang.

Time for another celebration, dad's birthday! We had the cake for him on the day of his birthday and our dinner celebration on that weekend.

Christmas dinner at Look-out Point in Ampang. It was also known as Little Genting. A little secluded hill at Ampang - Ulu Langat, overlooking the skylight of the KL city.


It was drizzling when we drove uphill. Misty and cool. We walked in to the first restaurant, but it was fully booked. The only seat available is at the bottom of the restaurant and going down the stairs mean walking down the stairs in the rain. We opt to go to the next door restaurant which they claim its the same. And I bet it so as they deliver the food between the two restaurant.
