I am suppose to meet up with my friend to talk about out planned trip this coming August, and she is working in Phileo 1. The shop Skippys Pizza came to mind after reading my other friend’s blog (MF and YH) about the food there not too long ago.

According to their website, Skippys Pizza is a Real Pork pizza company, which makes them obviously a NON HALAL Business. They do specialize in Pork and Vegetarian Pizzas. We made our orders and waited not too long for our food to be served.


Meat Lovers - RM32.00 (32inch), RM26.00 (9inch)
Pork Bacon, Pork Ham, Pork Pepperoni, Minced Pork and BBQ sauce


The Meat Lovers pizza is ranged under their Meaty Pizza category. The pizza comes in a thin crust base and spread with a generous amount of BBQ sauce and topped with the various meaty ingredients of the pizza and some pineapples, onions and their special sauce of garlic and chilli. One can add in additional chilli sauce and garlic sauce to their pizza according to taste.


It tasted good, but you can’t compare to the giants like Domino’s and Pizza Hut as this is made of real non-halal ingredients.


Mongolian Lamb - RM15.00



Another dish we ordered is Mongolian Lamb under the Skippys Special category. We were a little confused when we were asked if we would like to have rice to go with our lamb before it was served as we all thought Mongolian Lamb are barbequed lamb meat. After seeing the dish, we understand why we were asked so. Stewed for many hours, the meat falls apart upon biting. The meat is flavorful and tender from the long hours of cooking and marinated.
