Rosemary Bites which was not too far from my workplace. A night with no dinner, I dated my buddy for dinner after work. After we were seated by the friendly staff, we were recommended by their day’s special. The combo platter (if I could recall correctly) was very tempting, we were looking for something not too ‘red meat’ . . . the Salmon selection caught our eyes.



Honey Miso Salmon – RM20.80
A san Francisco inspired creation, Grilled Salmon fillet marinated and served with special Miso sauce, topped lightly with honey mustard and served with fries and fresh salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing


Nicely grilled marinated big slice of Salmon fish fillet. Served with the special Miso sauce which was quite fusion. Mixture of Asian, Japanese with western honey mustard, it has a slight taste of the Miso bean taste to the sweet honey mustard sauce.


Salmon Unplugged – RM20.80
Salmon fillet marinated in lemon and fresh herbs, grilled and topped with lemon herb sauce, serves with potato fries and fresh salad.


I do really like this! Big slice of marinated Salmon fillet grilled to perfection. And the sauce . . . it goes very well with the fish indeed. Lemon herb sauce, with lemon marinated fish fillet, this is not one fishy smelling fish. A little sourish and sweet from the lemon and herb sauce, this wouldn’t go wrong if you are looking for something which is easier to digest, weight watchers can pass the fries though.
