Previously during our boss’s birthday when we had our dinner celebration at Sushi Zanmai, when the bill was supposedly to be divided by the number of us; but instead it was paid by our superior both JC and CH. We, the October Babies decided to give a dinner treat instead since it is always better to give than to take moreover during our birthday. OK, I am not going to be lengthy of the whole process.

 We arrived promptly after work. Light hassle of getting there from our office of the heavy traffic. We made our orders and camera clicking when the food arrived.

Corn & Crab Bisque – RM19.90
“Chef Recommended” Fresh sweet corn kernels from cob in rich seafood broth with fresh mud crab meat.



Seafood Gumbo – RM20.90
“Chef Recommended” Sauteed assorted seafood with thick creamy sauce, stirred in herbs, spice and mozzarella cheese, served with garlic toasts.



- COMBINATION PLATTERS -
Carribbean Sea – RM38.90
“Good Choice” Combination of baked mussel, fried shrimp, fried calamari and fish fingers. Accompanied with special citrus sauce.

- PASTAS -
Fisherman Seafood Olio – RM28.90
“Must Try” : Roasted garlic, sliced button mushroom, and chilli flakes in virgin olive oil, loaded with assorted seafood.




Louisiana Famous Shrimps Scampi – RM28.90
“Chef Recommended” Chargrilled large shrimps sautéed with Cajun spice, tomatoes, lemon juice, roasted garlic and parsley.



- POULTRY –
Granny Canberry Chicken – RM26.90
“Must Try” Pan seared chicken breast, canberry sauce, served with mashed potato and green salad.


I find the breast meat a little hard and dry. But the citrus sauce a little better.


- LAMB -
Rack of Lamb - RM42.90
"Chef Recommended" Special selected NZ lamb racks with our special magical Cajun seasoning and honey mustard sauce, chargrilled till medium well and juicy intact. And served with baked vegetables and green salad.



Chargrilled Rosemary lamb - RM38.90
"Must Try" Chargrilled lamb shoulder with rosemary, served with green salad, fries and mint sauce.



- SEAFOOD -
Lousiana's Fish & Chips – R28.90
Foot long deep fried fish fillet with Cajun batter, fried till crisp & golden brown, served over fries and tartar sauce.



Red Fish (Red Snapper) - RM39.90
“Must Try” Cooking style : Blackened with Cajun vegetables

Louisiana's Mud Pie - RM16.90
We begin with a large slice of our rich Hot chocolate cake and top it with our hot fudge and big scoop of vanilla ice cream. This is covered with whipped cream and topped with a sprinkle of crusted walnut and cherry.
