Jiann Chyi is one of well known restaurant in Sekinchan. It is located at the Bagan area, just within the fishing village.






Shark Meat Porridge
Superbly sweet broth of porridge with shark meat, fishballs and spring onions which made it more refreshing other than more colourful to look at.




Shark Meat Soup
Another savoury sweet broth of the soup with fishballs, toufu and of course shark meat.



Fried Fish
This is not a shark meat. This is what they called it "Slipper fish". Guess it is because of the flat form they had which looks like a slipper. A squeeze of lime on the fried fish made it more appetizing.



Fish Maw stir fried vegetables
One vegetable dish from all the fishes. Nicely cooked with cauliflower, prawns, carrots, sweet peas and of course the main star; fish maw.




Signature Stir Fried Shark Meat
Not forgetting the main star of the whole trip to Sekinchan. This Signature stir fried shark meat in bean sauce. A little spicy and sweet. Goes extremely well with rice.
