It is the last advent week to Christmas. The last candle of advent is lit yesterday, the candle of Peace. Christmas will be this Sunday.

I tried my hands on making some Indian delicacies yesterday after class at Francis mum's home. I made the moulding of the muruku while Jess fried them. After the muruku, we made the sweet snacks; making Kuih Denderam / Athirasam (mini sweet doughnut) and Kuih Ghee / Ghee Urundai (Ghee Balls) using Baba's pre-packed flour.

One tip from the frying is that aunty, placed a bronze one cent coin into the middle of the wok to gather all the fried dirt into the bottom of it.
