After our meal at Watami, Citygate Outlets, we headed to Central to look for the famous gas lamp which we so often sees in Hong Kong movie. We were so lost looking around for it in the hot weather.
But instead of the gas lamp, we found some interesting stuff along the way. Some eye candy!

After coming down from the Big Buddha at Lantau Island, the air condition from the mall is so inviting. Getting out from the heat outside, we started to look around for food. Watami caught our eye.
Waking with excitement for the new day... we had breakfast from the left overs at the restaurant.
Setting out to our first destination - Ngo Ping 360. We took the MRT to Hong Kong Station to transit to Tung Chung station to get to the cable car station.

Upon arrival, the first thing we got is our Hong Kong Octopus card which is very vital for everything and everywhere you go. We took the local bus to our accommodation at Kimberly Hotel, Tsim Sha Tsui. It was short 5 to 10 minutes walked from the bus stop to the hotel. We are early for the check-in, we went for our lunch nearby the hotel. We did our homework prior coming.. time to explore for some good food!
After our lunch it is time we checked in to our deluxe room at the hotel with a convertible sofa-bed and a small pantry. The hotel is centrally located near shopping and the Tsim Sha Tsui therefore it explains the pricey rate.

To assist digestion, we took a stroll along Jordan Street to enjoy the atmosphere of Hong Kong nightlife before we head back to our hotel to call it a day.
It was before we can check-in into our room, we drop off our luggage and headed out for lunch nearby the hotel at Kimberly Road.
We were so happy to see one of food to eat! Egg waffle.

After our egg waffle ticked off our food list, we headed for our next list - Wan Tan Mee and Duck Rice. Just a few doors away from the egg waffle stall, it is our lunch.

National Palace Museum
The National Palce Museum (NPM) was originally founded in 1925 in the Forbidden City in Beijing, which explains why the word "Palace" is used in its name. Beginning in 1931 the collection was crated and moved into the hinterland of China to avoid the ravages of the impeding Sino-Japanese. In 1949, with civil war raging between the Nationalist government and the Communists, the Republic of China shipped about 680,000 of some of the most precious objects in the collection to Taiwan establishing repositories at Yangmei in Taoyuan and Peikou in Wufeng, Taichung. Not until 1965 were they moved to their present home in the Wai-shuang-hsi are of Shi-lin, Taipei.
