It is not the food, but the company that counts
Friday, May 11, 2018Blueberries and cheese pancake and some salad with mushroom omelette are some of the breakfast enjoyed at home on a lazy weekend morning.
We have love chocolate, anything chocolaty would make us happy. Marshmallow and chocolate always reminded me of cold Christmas morning. Not sure why but it always do. Anyway, food sharing is always nice.
You don't need glamorous environment, lavish food or expensive wine when you are spending your time with the person who matters. Simple dinner at the mamak over a Teh Tarik kurang manis filling in each other on the happening throughout the day before meeting each other. Be it rant, emotional outburst or just updating each other of the happening are some of the thing I would do.
Of course from time to time, there will be extra effort. Walking to further away (with a bleeding heel) from the original mamak for meal and spending time hand in hand walking and talking, debate or even arguing about things (at least we know what and where each others thoughts are).
