Made our table reservation on the 30th August 2010 evening. Tenji was well ranked when the you browse for Japanese buffet cuisine. The food presentation was kept me awe. The food quality was.. well.. above par. But taste wise was a little disappointed compared to the food I had at TAO not so long ago. But to keep them both as a different identity. The overall food indulgence at Tenji was so-so I would say.

To compensate for the dining disappointment, the food presentation is really good!


To our surprise though, the place is flooded with patrons! Anyway, we still dig into our food. But had various agenda in mind about the place while we were eating our food. They had various food section or station for different food. There are sushi section, appetizer section, sukiyaki section, fried food or tempura section, and etc. Some of the dishes we had and available on the buffet table ...

Last but not least, dessert! They had a vast variety of dessert in the display fridge. Puddings, jellies, cakes, and mousse. Ice-cream, some dessert which you must serve for the patrons in a buffet. Tenji has a few variety of ice-creams for all. Baskin Robin, Haegan Daz and the Japanese Ice-cream from fruits and milk.
